We want you to love your product so please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for change of mind.
Refunds will be offered only if your item is damaged or faulty on arrival and a request for refund must be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org along with photo evidence of damage to item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
A request for refund must be email within 5 days of receiving your order. If approved for a refund, you will then have a full 30 days from the date you received the item to return your item. Any requests outside of this time frame will be denied. We do not offer refund for sale items, gift vouchers or clearance lines. Refunds will only be offered where we do not have a replacement item in stock. Any item not in its original condition, not in its original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, will not be excepted for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
If returning a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
